Metal-plated glass cladding LIGLASS is a jewel in the interior.

What was your first impression when you saw the cladding?

It is a very unconventional material. I was immediately stunned by the play of colors. I started to turn the cladding around and I found out how much it changes as for diversity of colors and expression. The material is capricious, always varying, which is simply great. It is like a mirror where one can see oneself but in the LIGLASS cladding you see the material as well as its never-ending changes.

What makes the LIGLASS metal-plating glass cladding exceptional?

In my opinion, LIGLASS metal-plated cladding represents a borderland between architectural element and fine art. Whenever you take a look at this luxurious material, it is different – different color in the morning, different in the evening. It even changes in accordance with clothes you wear. I can see this as its major added value and furthermore timeless quality. It is an interior jewel.

For what room and space is this material most suitable?

It is unique material that is fit for living rooms, sleeping rooms or, for example, on the wall in an administrative building or hotel hall. It is a "strong" and distinctive material, I would say the interior jewel – it is something in between a building material and a sculpture, a piece of fine art or relief. I can also imagine a whole picture assembled from smaller pieces of this cladding. As for color and size variations, there are no limits, you can compose almost anything.

Which color do you prefer?

There are infinite possibilities in the scale of color samples that I could see. The "silver line" or shades of green that can vary to yellow are my favorites. I like if all segments in the interior work fit together in favor of the complex. A smaller wall covered with Liglass cladding would give a good impression. A wall between two windows would be perfect.

LIGLASS also produces glass design cladding. What is your opinion of this, not metal-plated, material?

There is an amazing variability of selection – you can have any modification done. If you wish to have snails, triangles or wavy lines formed in the cladding you can have in any color combinations. The customer can get actively involved in the process of interior forming and affect the result. He or she can even accompany me in the shop and watch how his or her cladding comes into existence. Involving the customer in the process of forming the interior or any environmental creation increases his/her ensuing experience as well as inhabiting the space in question.
